Food v tasty, big portions, arranged a doggy bag for unfinished food...small cafe, friendly staff, great for kids, a few gf choices
They serve gf burger either in a lettuce leaf or in a tray covered with tin foil. Chips cooked separately. Aware of cc. Quite expensive for a fast food joint but tasty. No problem with a change of glove request.
We ate as a group, and saw many people come in after us order and finish their dinners. We were just under 3 hours in a restaurant having starters and mains for a group of about 14. The food when it did arrive was very tasty and big portions. The staff were pleasant but that kind of a wait for a child for their dinner is unacceptable (nearly 2 hours to get mains). Maybe if we were a smaller group the experience would be different.
Lovely bowl homemade gluten free soup. The bread is from scally's supervalu next door, fresh baked in their gluten free bakery. Not massive selection for gluten free but enough for lunch. Very small kids play area outside.
Separate gluten free menu, clued in waiting staff, separate fryer for chips...there are pasta and pizza options, along with burgers. Kids menu also. Food was lovely. Dessert brownie or fresh fruit or meringue.
Toasted sambos and Soup, brunch type choices available. Lovely homemade gf brown bread
